Dear Peter, Graham, and the rest of your staff.  I would like to thank you all for the care and excellent friendly service you have given me over the last 12 years. Nothing has been too much trouble and you have given me a lot of useful information.  I recently bought an Aurora 2.8 air floor inflatable from your company. I highly recommend this boat. It has remained inflated over a period of 4 months without needing to be pumped up. It is comfortable, roomy and stable, and very easy to row, even with a family on board.  With a 3.3 Mercury outboard powering it, I was able to get it to plane, albeit by my sitting on the middle thwart, and being the only person on board. I did install Active Wheels to make launching and retrieving easier, especially on sloping beaches, but that was because I do a lot of single-handed boating.   Once again, thank you for everything. The assistance in verifying the correct model and type of clip was quick and thorough. Your communication (via both phone and email) were outstanding. Your friendly demeanour and patience in sharing with me the various types of Viking life rafts showed me that you truly enjoyed your work and believed in representing the products sold within your company. In my time dealing with companies within the sailing world (be it slipways, chandleries, etc) I have always found the women who I deal with to be so friendly and enthusiastic. On an almost weekly basis I could note encounters with men who come equipped with undertones and (sometimes very obvious!) misogyny, in particular within marine retail stores. I can’t say enough about the quality and detailed information and prompt service from Graham today. He is a wealth of information. I learnt that he had been with the company for 24 years, it shows in his commitment. I imagine Marinesafe also operates this way.
